This information is only relevant for Admins managing a Playground Private Exchange.
Reports & Dashboards is the reporting area where your people explore Playground data, save queries, build dashboards and open ready-made reports. What users can do there is covered in Reports & Dashboards.
Who can see it
The Reports & Dashboards entry in the profile menu appears only for users whose role allows managing reports. Grant it from the role settings under Control Panel → Roles (Roles).
What people see
- Everyone sees only the data of your own Playground. Data from other Playground domains is never included.
- Some internal tables and fields are hidden from reporting. If a field your team needs is not available, contact the Playground Product Team.
- Ready-made Reports shown to your people are prepared by the Playground team. Request a new one from the Playground Product Team.
